Article 1 UDHR
To protect and promote human values, dignity, equality and human rights.
ICPMR provides advocates, civil society organizations, and victims of human rights abuses with the resources they need to use international legal protections – including advocacy before human rights monitoring bodies and complaints before international and domestic courts – to bring about justice and accountability for human rights violations. ICPMR provides educational materials, training workshops, and advice to individuals and groups around the world.
We are an International NGO working to combat poverty, discrimination, racism and human rights abuse of various minority groups through research and human rights education. Our network range from the United States, Spain, The Netherlands, Belgium, Haiti, Paraguay, Dominican Republic and India.
Nahomie Jean Louis founded ICPMR in 2017. Previously, she has worked as a nurse for 6 years and spent 5 summers working in upstate New York at an autistic camp. After obtaining a Bachelor in Political Science from Saint Thomas University, Nahomie moved to Madrid, Spain where she studied International Human Rights Law. While living in Europe, she worked in Brussels at an EU funded institution that advocates for Roma Rights. Upon completing her studies, she wanted to create an organization that would not only address grave human rights violations around the globe, but to deliver strategic solutions to combat discrimination, racism, social and economic exclusions around the world.
